Terms Of Service

this is an old drawing, please look at the illustration page for updated drawings skill/style

payment & refunds
- payment method is through Paypal, or e-transfer (e-transfer is Canada only)
- prices advertised are in Canadian currency and are negotiable within reason
- once i notify the commissioner that the commission has started, they won't get a 100% refund if they cancel. Maximum refund before sketch approval is 75% of total price. Maximum refund after sketch approval is 50% of total price
- the amount refunded can be lower based on progress. a photo of the illustration when it's cancelled will be provided to the commissionercommission progress
- all commissions are fully rendered
- commissions take around 2 weeks to 2 months to complete based on the complexity of the illustration
- commissioners are allowed 3 free revisions after the sketch approval. Any revision requests after that is an additional $12 and will have to be paid first before the commission is worked on
- commissioners have the right to request a "work in progress" photo at any time
- work in progress photos will be watermarked
- if there is no communication from commissioner within 30 days, commission will be terminated and receive an email of the termination.rights
- i have the right to decline any commission request for any reason
- unless discussed with me, you can not use these commissions for commercial work (selling my art as merch, prints etc.) only personal use
- the commissioner can use the art to promote themselves, in monetized videos/streams as long
as the artwork is not the main subject of earnings
- I, readyplayermari (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing
- I can post/use it anywhere, unless discussed with me.
